Helland Engineering & Surveying, Ltd. was established by Paul H. Helland  P.E./P.L.S. in 1976, Paul’s two sons, Jeff and Kyle have been working with Helland Engineering & Surveying, Ltd. alongside with their father since 1976.  The Helland Engineering & Surveying, Ltd. team is committed to providing our customers with civil engineering and land surveying services that are professional, accurate, timely and reliable.  We have been located in the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa since 1976 and have gained a strong reputation.  Together the Helland Engineering & Surveying, Ltd. team has over 126 years of experience in the land surveying field.
